E-mail your RSS feeds

Posted by comartslibrarian on November 20, 2006

There are several tools that exist for sending/receiving RSS feeds over e-mail. I’ve experimented with Attensa and RSSPopper, both of which are free Outlook plug-ins for receiving RSS feeds. Outlook 2007 supposedly will handle RSS feeds natively, as does Internet Explorer 7.0 to some degree.

I was geeked to find this WordPress FAQ about making your RSS feed available via e-mail. It was free and relatively painless to implement on this blog — you might give this a try if you want to broaden the exposure of your RSS feeds!
